​The Next Level Academy is a premier high-performance training program designed to improve and highlight water polo talent across the East Coast while fostering direct connections with college coaches.

Using AI-powered tracking cameras we are able to capture every scrimmage, showcase, and practice session filmed in high-definition. Our system automatically tracks each athlete simultaneously in the water, allowing us to generate individual film clips, performance footage, and highlight content for every participant. College coaches are provided secure login access to the Next Level recruiting network, allowing them to review athletes, watch film, and identify potential recruits without even leaving their home. Our system ensures that every athlete in the NL Academy receives elite training, measurable development, and meaningful recruiting exposure.
Our footage is compiled into each athlete’s individual recruiting profile, creating a professional digital portfolio that includes:

Academy sessions combine in-person training weekends with supplemental at-home education, personalized nutrition plans, and one-on-one video sessions, culminating in participating in a competitive tournament environment with real-time instruction and development.

Academy Overview
​​WHAT IS IT
The NL Academy is a high performance training program dedicated to showcasing water polo talent across the East Coast while exposing them directly to college coaches. The NL Academy is not a new club team - it is an independent high-level academy program catered directly to the athletes participating. Our indivualized immersive experience allows athletes to continue competing with their school or club team before, during, and after participating in the program. In addition to elite training, every Academy athlete has a professional recruiting profile built specifically to increase college exposure using content created fro our academy.

HOW IT WORKS
There is limited space available, so all athletes must apply to participate in each session of the NL Academy.
We host (2) In-Person Training Weekends coupled with weekly at-home education through video review, culminating to attendance at a competitive tournament. Additionally our program supplements high level instruction with goal setting, nutritional planning, and individual athlete assistance to develop both physically & mentally. Each session takes place over a 9 - 10 Week period.
At the conclusion of each session, Each athlete will receive a Recruiting Profile, which uses content from our in person sessions to showcase each athlete directly to coaches within out network. College coaches are given credentials to navigate our system and review athlete scores, recruiting info, and game film all in one place.​​

DEVELOPMENT: Class of 2031-33 COED (7th-8th grade)
13 Field Player & 2 Goalie positions available.

YOUTH: Class of 2029-30 MALE (9th-10th grade)

IDEAL FOR
1) "Development" program for rising 7th, 8th & 9th graders hungry for a competitive outlet early
2) Youth / Cadet program for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors trying to be recruited to the next level or just want to rapidly improve their skill level through elite training.
3) Athletes looking a competitive group to compete with at high level tournaments that don't interfere with their home club's schedule while gaining direct, immediate individual feedback with areas to focus on for improvement.​​​​​​
